Job Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the North America region, supporting and driving the enhancement of organizational effectiveness for the North America team.

  2. Assist in developing and implementing talent development plans to ensure the career growth and development of North America team members.

Job Requirements:

  2. Over 10 years of experience in the HR field, familiar with core HR functions such as talent development, employee relations management, and performance management.

  3. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively engaging with managers and employees at various levels.

  4. Ability to support remote work, and must have legal work authorization in the United States.
