The Workday HCM Analyst will provide management and configuration of our Workday HCM system. This hands-on technical role requires knowledge of HR business processes. You will collaborate, think analytically to achieve workable solutions, and be our internal Workday SME. The analyst must be able to provide support, be responsive to requests, and be able to conduct security configurations and complex reports.

What you’ll do:

  • End-to-end functional support of Workday HCM: Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent Management, Advanced Reporting, Recruiting, LMS, Integrations
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other functional departments to understand needs
  • Resolve issues and assist others with "how to" questions, including the creation of training guides or other learning aids
  • Configure Workday data that complies with organizational guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with external Workday resources
  • Continuous self-learning to keep current with Workday releases and notices
  • Creation of reports, alerts, notifications, distribution of documents etc.
  • Testing configuration and “fixes” and documenting protocols
  • Serve as Workday SME to provide ongoing education on Workday business processes/functionality

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-2 years of Workday HCM systems experience, will consider training on other Workday functionality
  • Production support experience and knowledge of integrations of live Workday
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll & Recruitment and Talent Management procedures
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and adjust an action plan with independence
  • Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements
  • Ability to summarize or present complex and/or technical information in an easy-to-understand manner
