Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of Workday in support of our HRIS strategy. This includes all HR related systems, applications, programs and processes
Job Expectations:
- Administer new Workday system releases / upgrades
- Manage governance for Workday and other HR related systems in regards to system changes, priorities and impacts
- Administer delivery, documentation and escalated support of Business Process configuration and integration / interfaces for both new functionality and enhancements.
- Administer change management plans in place to support new, enhanced technology or functionality
- Provide necessary training to end users to increase their effectiveness and ability to use HR systems and tools
- Proactively collaborate with leadership, HR teams and Business Partners to understand requirements / needs and implement processes and systems to continuously meet those needs
- Serve as technical subject matter expert and “super user” for HR system applications and practices
- Assist in global HR integrity audits/metrics and distribute defects to HR Community for resolution

Equipment Knowledge:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Generally requires a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Workday Analyst.
- Experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance modules required
- Certified Workday Pro in any area a plus
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Human Resources or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.

The Team Member may occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques required.
