Dave is looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to help us attract, assess, and hire technical talent that will support the company’s ambitious growth goals. As one of our first dedicated Technical Sourcer you’ll partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find the best technical talent nationally, and invest time into pipelining passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. Further, you will have an opportunity to directly shape our sourcing program from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Build specialised talent sourcing strategies to engage passive talent across multiple channels including social media, resume mining, diversity resources and networking.
  • Provide a memorable and positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process with transparent and timely information
  • Develop a strong understanding of the tech/fintech landscape, competitive demographics, and our employer value proposition in order to better attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent
  • Track critical recruitment data, and produce regular (and ad-hoc) reports on recruiting activities
  • Help Dave improve and enrich our candidate database with relevant and timely information about high-priority hires
  • Provide detailed notes and relevant candidate information to help Recruiters/Hiring Manager better understand skills and motivations of candidates
  • Contribute and TA programs and initiatives such as diversity inclusion, employer branding, referral programs, candidate experience, internships and more

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience in fast-paced and scaling technical environments 
  • Additional experience with recruitment programs including reporting, diversity hiring, candidate experience or tools
  • Previous experience staffing and articulating the benefits of working at a fast-growing start-up organization preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to switch gears as priorities change and influence accordingly
  • Applicable Technologies: Lever preferred or comparable Applicant Tracking Software; Research Tools including Linkedin, Boolean and TopFunnel.
