System1 is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our in-house team. This person will recruit for multiple business verticals and own the hiring process full-cycle. The right person for this role will advise on hiring requirements, source and review the candidate pipeline, and assist in hiring.

The Role You Will Have

  • Source candidates and own the hiring process end-to-end
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and credentials
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Be the first point of contact with candidates and conduct first screen calls
  • Own the scheduling process for candidates from initial screen to hire
  • Understand business needs and manage priorities effectively
  • Adjust quickly to changes in hiring priorities or candidate criteria
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Create a best-in-class experience for all candidates

What You Will Bring

  • Experience as an in-house Recruiter working on a variety of roles, including technical
  • Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter required
  • Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to operate at a quick pace
