About the role

Albert is a rapid growing Financial Tech startup. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who’s autonomous, collaborative, takes initiative and thrives in a fluid work environment.

Things you're good at

• Technical Recruiting experience and technical knowledge– no need to code but be able to speak to different coding languages and technical stacks

• Proven sourcer and closer, while maintaining a consultative approach with hiring managers to ensure alignment and establish realistic, effective expectations

• Experienced in owning the full cycle recruiting process for the product and technology groups including sourcing, interviewing & closing candidates

• Collaborate and partner with the People team regarding process, procedures and to share better practices when they arise

• Experienced in scoping new roles and in developing job descriptions, interview process & success rubrics for new and existing roles 

• Organized and able to prioritize hiring needs based on business demands

• Excellent communicator with proven ability to build strong, productive relationships

• Requires little direction; loves to solve problems, take initiative and push boundaries for self and others

• Ownership: Own and execute financial products that create value for Albert's consumer

• Organization: Working directly with multiple layers of the organization, including design, engineering, our geniuses, and senior management

• Prioritization: Prioritize potential initiatives through demonstrating their alignment with our business strategy and the value to our current or future customers

• Communication: Communicate with the rest of the company the how and why for features

Requirements

• 4-6 experience in Tech recruiting
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• ATS experience - Lever platform ++
