Technical Recruiter
TeleSign Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to provide support for the Company’s Recruitment and People Operations team. The Technical Recruiter will be adept in identifying and responding to the company’s changing needs through combining his/her outstanding relational and relationship skills, as well analytical abilities. He or she will rely on core skills in full-cycle recruitment & field recruiting events and activities, in conjunction with partnerships with department leaders and developing recruiting programs to address immediate and long-term staffing goals.
Inherent analytical thinking and polished interpersonal communications skills will be assumed traits the ideal candidate will possess. We seek an individual with high-energy and a verve for fast-paced and changing environments coupled with the ability to work at the granular, tactical, to big-picture levels.
Essential Functions
• Full-life cycle recruitment using creative and multi-prong approach in targeting specific tech, mobile, and security audiences and potential recruits.
• Identify, drive and own field recruiting events and activities e.g. job fairs, meetups, and social mixers.
• Partner with all business units and local leaders to understand hiring needs and business goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies that maximize qualified candidate pool.
• Lead and facilitate local internship programs.
• Lead and oversee onboarding process for all new hires.
• Manage integrity of data and KPI’s in key reports used by People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Maintain knowledge and practice of current human resources and benefits trends, employment law & compliance, and company policies.
• Consistently and naturally work to create a positive internal and external brand for the TeleSign People Operations team.
• Document internal processes and procedures.
• Handle miscellaneous and special projects, as assigned.
Essential Requirements
• 5+ years of technical full-cycle recruitment experience.
• HRIS or ATS/Jobvite experience
• A college degree.
• Basic understanding of immigration policy, an A+
• Outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly demeanor while attending recruiting, networking, and social events.
• A self-starter who's naturally wired to take initiative, manage multiple projects while providing stakeholders with updates as appropriate, and who thrives within a fast-paced, changing, scaling company culture.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
