We are seeking a unique individual that is passionate about helping people learn and grow. You’ll join the Talent Development team, where you will play a key role in expanding the function as we create an environment where Daves can reach their full career potential. You will do this by seeking to understand Dave’s strong future vision, and helping to create the day to day people programs, and processes to help build the talent to get us there.

What you'll do

  • Lead the onboarding experience from start to finish, partnering and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders (Hiring Managers, People Operations, IT) to ensure a successful onboarding experience for new hires. This includes facilitating Day One Orientation, leading the quarterly onboarding workshop series, and creating custom communications for key stakeholders 
  • Support the rollout of key people processes (Annual Performance Reviews, Engagement Strategy), including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution
  • Drive program goals and provide program management support. This includes defining and documenting project plans, managing implementation activities, and managing communications for project rollout and ongoing management
  • Coordinate and provide virtual logistics support leading up to and during all aspects training events, managing pre and post communications and any required elements to ensure a superior experience for our teammates
  • Develop solid and effective working relationships with cross functional stakeholders, People Partners, and Leadership. Regularly cascade information out and escalate issues back up to Leadership
  • Leverage facilitation skills to lead high-impact, effective, and engaging learning experiences for all team members
  • Create process improvement mechanisms including automation of some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale
  • Review learning materials for continuous improvement to ensure they are current/up-to-date and accurately represent the company brand and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with internal communications to maintain Dave branding standards for all Talent Development materials. Regularly review documents for any content updates to include solution, branding, data etc
  • Administer feedback surveys following training programs, collect and consolidate data, and provide to Talent Development leadership for review

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment working in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organization Behavior, Business Management or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems/platforms like Workday, Culture Amp, Ethena, Confluence and Asana
  • Experience facilitating employee onboarding and/or trainings virtually
  • Experience supporting talent management programs like performance reviews and employee engagement
  • Ownership mindset. Ability to take the initiative and leverage resources to drive successful outcomes
  • Exceptional program & project management. Execute plans with clear objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and metrics
  • Prioritization. There is a constant flow of work, so they will need to determine what gets done first and why, while managing a plan for what to do with everything else
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail
  • Communication & collaboration. Share ideas, listen to others, follow up
  • Resourcefulness. Know how to find answers and gain buy-in to get work over the line
  • Experience working with People Partners (HRBPs) and Senior Leadership
