Identify, conceptualize, implement, measure and improve end-to-end projects in the area of talent development by utilizing various tools of talent management. 4. Work closely with South East Asia team and other International counterparts to continuously exchange and develop best practices and implement those in the region.
1. Full-time MBA preferably from a recognized institute with seven or more years’ experience in talent development & management under human resources system in large or medium-sized, multinational enterprises. 2. Strive to develop the organizational capability; keep learning cutting-edge knowledge; apply advanced thinking to practice and accumulate systematic methods constantly. 3. Well experienced in design and facilitation of organization-wide training programs. 4. Able to think systematically, analyze logically, manage and carry the projects forward, integrate diverse resources; have an acute sense of interpersonal relations and a high spirit of teamwork. 5. Have an understanding of the major business dealings, cross-cultural awareness and globalization.
