Who You Are:

You are comfortable with running a full-desk and have experience acquiring talent for all roles across an organization (technical, product, marketing, finance & accounting, sales, etc) You have a do-what-it-takes attitude and constantly strive to help ensure the continuous growth and success of Fair’s organization and culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct resume and phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with applicants
• Coordinate all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates
• Develop search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
• Work with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers
• Create and maintain job postings across various platforms
• Attend and represent Fair at job fairs as well as participate in other on-campus recruitment opportunities
• Develop a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
• Provide various recruiting reports to management
• Perform other Human Resources responsibilities as required

What You Have:

• 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including recruiting for technical roles and at all levels of an organizations
• Experience in a high-volume, high-growth organization
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a big plus)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
