About the Role


Fashion Nova is on the hunt for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner! In this role, you will be responsible for driving hiring efforts across multiple teams and job openings within our organization. As a trusted recruiting advisor and talent partner you will be working hand in hand with the Executive  and corporate leadership team. You will craft and guide the recruiting sourcing strategies and utilize your expertise and knowledge of metric and timebound sourcing to execute full lifecycle recruitment. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential as you will be directly influencing and impacting hiring decisions to effectively meet the organization's recruiting and staffing needs.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
  • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
  • Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. 
  • Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate and grow target candidate pools of top talent.
  • Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a pipeline within the assigned industry and marketplace
  • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates
  • Attends job fairs; runs company booths at job fairs.
  • Help manage the candidate experience from initial contact through hire to ensure a quick, friendly, and seamless process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.


  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills


  • College degree in a related field (i.e., business administration, human resources, psychology, or marketing,) 
  • At least three (3) years of experience in recruiting or talent management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Workplace.
  • Strong ATS experience; Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You are highly detail oriented but also have a bold and creative side - always looking for the solution to an unasked question.
  •  Balances speed and a fast-paced approach with quality results.
