RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment for talent.
  • Designs, plans and executes candidate selection process.
  • Screens resumes, interview candidates (by video conference or in-person). Administers appropriate assessments, schedules interviews, facilitates reference/background checks, makes recommendations to hire and delivers employment offers.
  • Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates while building a pipeline of candidates.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners to ensure timely achievement of all staffing goals.
  • Effectively communicates employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g. salary negotiation, benefits, compensation, etc.).
  • Partners with hiring managers to ensure all Federal and State laws and regulations are being followed.
  • Manages candidate life-cycle in the ATS.
  • Refine process to utilize latest trends in sourcing and screening.
  • Follows up with related clerical aspects of employment, such as i9's, offer letters etc.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of full cycle recruitment preferably a mix of agency and in house experience.
  • 1+ years as a HR coordinator/generalist preferred
  • Preference to startup experience within SaaS
  • Embrace new trends in Recruiting or HR
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity using applicant tracking systems. 
  • Intermediate skills using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

What are some social events your company does?

AuditBoard has a culture committee that holds regular social events. Outdoor activities, charities, and happy hour are regularly planned. But also -- the Product team collaborates separately with Engineering, Design and QA to hold team events that are offsite and hilariously fun. Some examples are a trip to the mountains, escape rooms, and Knotts.

What projects are you most excited about?

The two upcoming projects I'm most excited about are our Slack integration and the development of a public 3rd party developer API. With the release of both of these new initiatives, we'll be giving auditors and developers more powerful ways to interact with our platform.

To be successful as a designer at AuditBoard, you need to be eager to learn and collaborate. Since our products focus on an industry that lacks great design, we love designers who can solve complex problems within a given system and be an advocate for the users.

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

As part of the Implementation Team, we hear directly from our customers what their needs are, what's working well and what could be improved. We understand their requirements and take that back to Engineering and/or Product to see what the best solution is. Customer feedback definitely plays a role in how we prioritize new releases and features.
