TikTok has gone through explosive growth in 2019 and we're growing faster in 2020! Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of scaling one of the fastest growing startups globally. We need the brightest recruiting minds to match our rapid expanding business needs while bringing the best and most diverse talent into the company. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will connect deeply with the business to understand diversity gaps and support the creation of measurable actions plans, create tailored diversity pipelining strategies, as well as provide research and mapping on diversity organizations. You will also collaborate with regional and global HR professions to implement various projects to reach diversity recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, get excited to take on challenges and has a strong passion for championing diversity. 1. Partner closely with hiring managers, internal recruiters and stakeholders to develop diverse sourcing and hiring strategies. 2. Provide research and mapping on diverse organizations, schools and employee resource groups across industry verticals. 3. Help translate best practices in diverse recruiting into readily consumable resources and programs aligned to business needs. 4. Support the development of both internal and external diversity programs including roadmapping, community outreach and branding. 5. Bring innovative solutions to broaden our D&I portfolio and drive measurable business results. 6. Measure and report key metrics in outreach, pipelining, and hiring conversions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field. 2. 5+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 4. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Even Better If 1. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. 2. Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures. 3. Experience and/or strong interest in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. 4.
