We are seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our newly formed People team! Vegamour has grown 5x over the last year and we plan to double again by the end of this year. This is a pivotal role in our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategy, and experience building a recruitment function from the ground up. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities and project manage all of our current and future roles, while reporting on hiring metrics, and helping to implement a new ATS. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all recruitment efforts from role ideation to completion including intake sessions with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and presenting offers   

• Provide an unparalleled candidate experience and continue to train the team on interviewing best practices  

• Build a talent pipeline to support current open and future roles 

• Collaborate with the Director of People to develop and enhance our employer brand and online presence 

• Partner with Director of People to execute DEI initiatives and improve our accessibility as an employer 

• Establish and continually report on hiring metrics 

• Help implement Greenhouse ATS 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-6+ years of recruiting experience at a startup, media company, or ecommerce company preferred 

• Preferred experience scaling a company through rapid growth

• Experience in recruiting for design roles a plus 

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus 

• Strong ability to source candidates

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to negotiate and close offers while getting candidates excited about the opportunities at Vegamour 

• Ability to project manage multiple priorities 

• Proactive, flexible, approach to managing workload, and ability to take accountability and initiative
