Why this role is exciting: 

We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.  In this role, you will help drive our success by managing critical aspects of the hiring process including coordinating interviews, onboarding preparation, and arranging travel/onsite visits (post-Covid), while always keeping the candidate experience in mind. You will also have the opportunity to partner on fun projects such as employer branding, D&I, university recruiting, and more. This role has many opportunities to create quick wins and make a visible impact, directly contributing to the success of the team and our organization’s growth as a whole.  


What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar coordination support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
  • Possess superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • High level of empathy and service-oriented focus to elevate candidate experience
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in GSuite/MS Office
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a plus


*This is a temporary part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position.  Currently, we are looking for 20-30 hours a week.
