WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who will work in collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to own the entire recruitment cycle; identifying top candidates, conducting phone and in-person screenings, negotiating offers, and supporting candidates through the hiring process. The TA Associate will take an active role in evaluating for EQ, grit, intellectual curiosity and TTD fit for potential hires- supporting various business team roles in North America. He or she will act as a true business partner, dedicated to understanding and addressing key business needs with hiring solutions. We’re looking for a top relationship builder, a true business consultant, and future talent expert.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Promote and execute talent acquisition strategies focused on attracting top talent to support our overarching company goals
  • Partner with Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to understand the business objectives for the team, and create an appropriate hiring strategy to address their needs; understand and communicate the unique value propositions of each position, and evaluate for key qualities necessary for success in candidates
  • Attend regular business team meetings with your hiring managers, to remain abreast on their business initiatives –propose creative talent prospects to address their needs
  • Maintain communications and correspondence with candidates, ensuring all candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience throughout the process
  • Fully immerse yourself in the technology, our company history, mission and vision
  • Actively network internally to solicit referrals
  • Use your knowledge of the needs of the business to create relevant interviewing criteria; Build interview kits for effective evaluation to be used by all interviewers for each role
  • Champion for and ideate inclusion efforts to grow a diverse culture that respects differences
  • Work with TA leaders and hiring managers to develop compensation packages, and execute offers
  • Advocate for and contribute to company cultural integrity for the future
  • Other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • BA/BS required
  • 3+ year of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Account Management, (preferably in technology)
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • Process-oriented with a reasonable comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to move fast, think on your feet, and be creative in a rapidly evolving industry
  • Analytical and structured approach to candidate identification and interviewing, & interest in creative assessment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
  • Highly organized and able to handle shifting priorities and schedules; previous project management experience a plus
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
