Sr. Recruiter

As a Sr. Recruiter, you will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. You will help design and deliver ‘wow’ experiences which delight candidates and hiring managers. You will own Sales, Marketing, Ops, and G&A hiring. What you’ll do during the first 12-18 months

  • Hire a high volume of Sales, Marketing, Ops, and G&A talent
  • Hold the line on recruiting best practices, while remaining flexible, human, and outcome driven
  • Plan and execute branding events in LA aligned with our 2018/2019 talent strategy
  • Deliver ‘wow’ experiences for candidates and hiring managers
  • Own a variety impactful projects, while also having freedom to work on ‘pet’ projects which align with our overall talent strategy

What you’ll need to have

  • Around 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience 
  • Meaningful experience working at a venture-backed tech startup (preferably early stage)
  • Deep level of expertise recruiting one (preferably all) of the following departments: Sales, Marketing, G&A, Ops
  • Excellent client management skills; with a proven ability to hold-the-line around process, yet know when it makes sense to divert from process to drive results
  • A positive results oriented attitude; and a willingness to go above-and-beyond
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
