Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management & Learning, this role will be global in scope and is a core member of Match Group’s People team while having the unique opportunity to partner with all business units and regional HR teams across the Match Group portfolio. As a member of the Talent Management & Learning team, you will partner with leaders and teams by supporting the design of tools, processes and development methods that support and ensure effective attraction, development and retention of the organization’s talent and leadership capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, assess and design content and curriculum for talent development programs to support employee development and organizational effectiveness
  • Coordinate, design and support employee development programs such as mentoring, DE&I, coaching, and professional development 
  • Design, develop and deliver on-demand talent development and management tools such as job aids, guides, templates and/or FAQs 
  • Plan, implement, apply best practices and continuously support end-to-end design and integration of various talent programs (i.e., performance reviews, talent calibrations, succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership development programs)
  • Develop collaborative relationships with People teams and business leaders across all brands in the Match Group portfolio for talent solutions 
  • Implement the global L&D strategy by building and facilitating programs to deliver against learning needs across the Match Group brands (i.e., leadership development, manager effectiveness, soft skills training)
  • Use appropriate data gathering methodology, such as focus groups, interviews, survey design and analysis and 360 degree feedback to design OD interventions or initiatives
  • Coordinate efforts to define systems requirements and implementation of global learning management system (LMS)
  • Apply a data-driven approach to measuring effectiveness of programs and continuously iterate to improve results 
  • Market internal offerings and establish a regular communication cadence to help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Partner with key stakeholders on the engagement survey process, including analysis of insights, communicating results, and action planning Implement and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) by updating content and Self-Service documentation 
  • Create promotional learning campaigns and build centralized library of on-demand learning resources to drive learner engagement 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as they relate to talent management, learning, and employee experience, as needed

We're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, OD or related field
  • Masters Degree in OD, HR or other related discipline
  • Workday HRIS experience, particularly with talent modules
  • Experience in designing and facilitating talent development programs is a must
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills
  • Strong instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and influence skills
  • Experience with effectiveness and development tools such as: 360s, DiSC, Hogan, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, etc.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience building learning programs in the tech industry
  • Experience with change management approaches and methodologies
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems
