As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to build out their teams. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a growing organization and help find the talented people we need to be successful. You'll be the face of Eaze and activate passive candidates through a highly engaged sourcing approach. If you're excited about working in the cannabis tech industry, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend to 6 months or longer.
Responsibilities:
- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to make recommendations to hiring managers
- Schedule phone and onsite interviews with candidates
- Maintain and update Lever, our applicant tracking system
- Act as an internal consultant to hiring managers by providing guidance throughout the hiring process
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Assist in miscellaneous recruiting projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on technical candidates
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Prior experience with using Lever as an applicant tracking system
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Angel List, Hired, Vettery, Indeed Prime and Stack Overflow
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in the cannabis industry is a plus!
