GoGuardian is looking for a Sourcer to join our Recruiting team. This team member will play an important role in supplying our recruiters with candidate pipelines specifically for hard to fill roles. The Sourcer will create targeted candidate pipelines to build a strong, diverse network of experienced professionals across our core business functions. The Sourcer will partner with Tech & Non-Tech Recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
What You'll Do
- Strategize on building diverse and inclusive pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the tech industry, and using creative ways to drive innovative strategies
- Research markets, companies, teams, and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles. Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of top-of-funnel volume, reply rates, and interested rates
- Source and hire across all teams; helping to drive our product and ultimately continue to expand our business
- Build robust pipelines of top talent with a personalized approach to each candidate
- Be knowledgeable about our business and HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc)
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles and team functions
- Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
- Operate as sourcing subject matter expert who is able to find passive talent outside traditional means
Who You Are
- Experience sourcing for a wide array of positions for teams in Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, etc.
- Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
- Experience exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and sourcing top talent
- Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruiters
- Highly skilled in organization, prioritization and operating with urgency
- Actively works to build and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues
- Values others and acts to promote, support and affirm inclusivity
