SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER - TALENT ACQUISITION

The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for providing excellent staffing services to Hoag and its Affiliates. This position delivers high-quality professional-level candidates and advances the Hoag brand name across numerous markets and professional committees, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Hoag selection process. The Senior Technical Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting for groups such as Technology, Cyber Security and Digital and maintain excellent relations with Hiring Managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
The Senior Recruiter continually seeks out and establishes ties with top professionals in hard-to-fill jobs who are potential candidates for future job openings. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for having a list of highly qualified candidates at ready when positions open, resulting in short time to fill.
The Recruiters contribute to the accomplishments of the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Recruiters help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and assists Hoag’s management team with Human Resources related matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Direct experience recruiting across multiple geographical locations and a passion to grasp new technologies.
- Five years of experience in full life cycle recruiting/sourcing in supporting technology, digital, and/or cyber roles.
- Experience working within applicant tracking systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations as they relate to recruitment laws including ADA requirements, to ensure compliance.
Job Preferences:
- Healthcare experience.
