Job Description

FightCamp is seeking a Sr Talent Producer to join our growing production team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is focused on the management, scheduling and well-being of FightCamp’s all star team of Boxing and Kickboxing trainers. FightCamp’s trainers are responsible for producing best in class Boxing and Kickboxing fitness content and also for consistently creating organic marketing content that drives key company results. 

The ideal candidate is an organized, experienced project manager capable of leading a diverse group of talent with confidence and empathy. The candidate will report directly to FightCamp’s Head of Content and will work closely with FightCamp’s Production and Product teams. The role will require a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and may require the candidate to step out of their comfort zone at times. This is a non-traditional, high-impact production role at a fast-growing startup.

Location: Costa Mesa, California

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What You Will Do

• Manage FightCamp’s team of 6 (soon to be as much as 10) trainers.

• Work with FightCamp’s Head of Content and Organic Marketing Manager to align on the organic marketing content initiatives involving the trainers.

• Work with FightCamp’s Head of Content and Head of Production to align on product-content initiatives involving the trainers.

• Hold bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the trainers to check in, align on priorities and course-correct. 

• Run weekly creative meetings with the trainers, Head of Content and Organic Marketing Manager to brainstorm trainer-led organic marketing content (YouTube, Facebook, IG, Twitter, blog, etc.). YouTube is currently the priority. 

• Run weekly deployment meetings with the trainers to deploy their tasks for the week.

• Manage the completion of weekly trainer tasks; including assisting trainers in completion of tasks when necessary and answering any questions that trainers have.

• Manage the weekly workout schedule and completion of programming and punch goals for weekly workouts.

• Analyze each trainer's workout-content data and organic content data and present to trainers in bi-weekly meetings with the goal of driving continuous improvement.

• Assist production team in occasional photo shoots and video-ad shoots.

• Participate in weekly and monthly recurring meetings as a member of FightCamp’s Content Team and present progress reports and updates. 

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of production experience

• 1+ years of experience working with talent

• Ability to analyze and draw insights from performance reports

• Experienced leadership and management skills 

• Experience with Google Suite desired

• Some experience with task management software (like Asana) desired

• Some experience working with frame.io (or similar platforms) desired

Good To Have:

• Boxing, Kickboxing and/or martial arts experience

• Fitness industry experience

• Tech industry experience

• Experience shooting and editing content

• Experience in a marketing or social media marketing role
