Who You Are:
You are comfortable with running a full-desk and have experience acquiring talent for all roles across an organization (technical, product, marketing, finance & accounting, sales, etc) You have a do-what-it-takes attitude and constantly strive to help ensure the continuous growth and success of Fair’s organization and culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct resume and phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with applicants
- Coordinate all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates
- Develop search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
- Work with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers
- Create and maintain job postings across various platforms
- Attend and represent Fair at job fairs as well as participate in other on-campus recruitment opportunities
- Develop a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
- Provide various recruiting reports to management
- Perform other Human Resources responsibilities as required
What You Have:
- 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including recruiting for technical roles and at all levels of an organizations
- Experience in a high-volume, high-growth organization
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a big plus)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
