Senior Recruiting Manager
FloQast is seeking a Recruiting Manager to own and improve on the efficiency and productivity of FloQast’s overall Recruitment Practice and Strategy. The Recruiting Manager will oversee the growth across all departments, be the strategic business partner in developing hiring plans, and excelling at bringing top talent to our Organization. Responsibilities Include:
- Develop the recruiting operations roadmap to improve current processes and procedures that align with business goals and departmental needs;
- Own and optimize the internal Applicant Tracking System (Lever) for accurate reporting to continuously develop and improve recruiting goals and strategy: Job posting accuracy, Source of hires, Time to fill role/time spent in pipeline, Candidate experience, Quality of hire;
- Own and develop recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to the following: College Career Fairs, Employee Referral Program, External recruiting partnerships and contracts, Employment branding with recruiting events, Diversifying the candidate pipeline;
- Build a candidate focused interview process that will follow a service level agreement around feedback, follow-up, scheduling, and hiring decisions;
- Train and coach internal interview teams on best practices to ensure an excellent candidate experience;
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with Department Managers and Hiring Managers to stay on top of hiring needs and processes;
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualities and Skills:
- 3 years minimum experience managing a Recruiting team
- 8 years minimum previous experience recruiting in high growth companies for various roles in Engineering, Account Management, Sales, Finance/Accounting, IT etc.
- Preferred previous experience recruiting for a B2B organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of the recruiting life-cycle and how to best optimize it for efficiency and quality
- Experience with Lever or similar ATS required
- Experience training and coaching new interviewers
- Analytical disposition, ability to pull insights from metrics and data within the ATS and present findings and plans for improvement
- Passion for recruiting and streamlining operations
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Exceptional customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities
