Hawke Media is looking for a an experienced Recruiter within marketing, agency or in-house, to join our lean but fun recruiting team. This person will be collaborating with all members of our People Operations team (Recruiting, HR, Operations Associate) As a Recruiter, you’ll help bring on top talent as Hawke continues to scale.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (media buying, email marketing, creative, content/influencer, strategy, sales, accounting/finance, and operations)
• Conduct phone screens, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offer calls to close
• Constantly develop candidate pipelines for entry to senior level roles
• Research and attend recruiting events to help develop the Hawke brand
• Stay up to date in recruiting, marketing, and tech trends
• Maintain and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Develop positive relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Represent Hawke at a variety of events: career fairs, conferences, and networking events
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant sourcing platforms
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Lever
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting
• Experience recruiting within the digital/creative space
• Experience recruiting for 10+ requisitions at a time
• Strong experience with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc) and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Impeccable communicative skills (written and verbal)
• Strong accessible network in the LA tech and marketing scene
