As a Senior Recruiter on our Esports Recruiting Team, you will partner with our stakeholders in Central Esports to develop strategies to seek out the best global talent, or Rioters-in-the-wild. Like us, you believe phenomenal Recruiters are part brand ambassador, part matchmaker, and part strategic partner. In this role you're responsible for full-cycle Recruiting, guiding your hiring teams to bridge the gaps they have in attracting top talent, globally. You should expect to work primarily on engineering roles within our Esports Digital team, however you may work across a breadth of other initiatives, such as: production, events, broadcast, business development, and merchandise. You’ll work with business partners to generate a complete understanding of the headcount needs of your respective business unit and bring your experience to take on their staffing concerns. Finally, you'll seek opportunities to mentor or teach your peers the area of Recruiting craft you most excel in.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Recruiting
• Review and qualification of incoming applicants
• Sourcing and qualifying passive candidates
• Candidate Management
• Conducting Director or Executive Level Searches - or handling outside agencies who are working on them
• Mentoring junior team members

Desired Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience doing full-cycle recruiting, with Executive Search Experience
• Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques
• Highly articulate, ability to communicate with everyone from your coordinator to CEO
• Experienced in building meaningful customer relationships across verticals
• Greenhouse or comparable Applicant Tracking Software
• Research Tools including Linkedin, Boolean and Deep Web
• G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets
• CRM Tools including Salesforce, Workday, Tableau
