In this role you will:

  • Join as a founding member of the People Technology team, shaping how GOAT recruits and develops its people for years to come
  • Build and maintain our core HRIS systems and related processes
  • Recommend and implement system and workflow changes to ensure data quality and optimize our usage of technology
  • Support the People Team in managing our technology infrastructure
  • Seamlessly partner with stakeholders across our broader People Team

We are looking for:

  • Core competency in business analysis including gathering/documenting requirements, system configuration and modification, business intelligence/report creation and maintenance, and project management
  • Proficiency in database management, word processing, spreadsheet and database report writing applications
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
  • Experience with qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection principles
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software, including UKG Pro (UltiPro)
  • Understanding of human resource processes including payroll, talent recruitment, benefits administration, and time and attendance monitoring
  • 5+ Years of experience working with HR technology, data, and/or processes
