As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will work closely with our management & hiring teams to support the Talent Acquisition strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of prioritizing and evaluating cultural fit as a primary objective in the selection process. This individual will have a demonstrated track record of using innovative means to create a sustainable and scalable pipeline of talent for a global organization, with an emphasis on protecting cultural integrity for the future. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting Talent Acquisition across our Engineering organization, and have a strong track record of hiring, training and developing a high performing team. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own full lifecycle TA for Engineering organization
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Execute on the defined global talent acquisition strategy
  • Contribute to meaningful culture interviewing
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters
  • Proactively create and leverage numerous channels to drive quality applicant pools
  • Promote organizational development & effectiveness
  • Analyze recruitment & attrition metrics to identify trends, and strategies for improvement
  • Manage external recruiting agencies and partner with legal as needed
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring teams

WHO YOU ARE:

  • BS degree in Business preferred; MBA or Advanced Degree a plus.
  • 12+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience, to include: recruiting, strategic planning, sourcing, networking, assessment, interviewing with key competency emphasis, legal & compliance, offer negotiations, and managing the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • 5+ years of previous experience managing, mentoring, and growing a team, preferably in a global high growth environment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts
  • Motivated by the opportunity to change and evolve an industry
  • Strong behavioral interviewing, and competency-based evaluation skills; extracting depth and conclusions based on these evaluations
  • Proven track record of utilizing innovative & creative candidate engagement techniques
  • Demonstrated success hiring in both volume environments as well as in niche searches
  • Desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market
  • Ability to lead meetings, influence decisions, and interact with all levels of the company
  • Ability to manage large workload effectively & competing priorities
  • Experience leveraging data for insights
  • Superb verbal & written communications skills
  • An impulsive instinct to help others, go above & beyond, and think ahead
  • 2+ years of successful agency experience
