Senior Business Recruiter

We’re looking for a contract recruiter to help us attract top talent and focus on G&A roles across Analytics, Finance, Community, Product and Marketing.
Working closely with our Lead Recruiter in West Hollywood, this will be a highly impactful contract role responsible for partnering with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and work collaboratively on recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate for this role has a consultative approach with exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, and experience in corporate and business recruiting within a technology company. In this role you will:
- Partner closely with the business to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest talent
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing for G&A roles across various business groups within the Tinder network
- Collaborate with hiring teams on developing and improving job descriptions for G&A
- Build and maintain a network of marketing, data analytics, product management, design and community through ongoing relationship management
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
- Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement incl sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers in the execution of these strategies
- Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience
- Work with the Recruiting team to build processes and implement best practices for hiring that will improve and scale both the candidate and hiring team experience
- Serve as an internally and externally-facing representative of Tinder and our recruiting team
We're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions within tech with an emphasis on product, marketing, analytics and operations across multiple regions
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing top talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of a web-based ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Must be a great networker and have a track record organizing and attending meetups, conferences, and events as a way to attract candidates
- Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision
- Organized, able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly
- Must have a passion for the “the hunt” and no fear in picking up the phone to identify and sell passive candidates on opportunities
