1. Lead ideation and strategizing of social media content for employer branding socials. 2. Build employer brand and position-specific marketing/campus campaigns from conception to implementation. 3. Build strategies to amplify in-person events and cross-functional efforts. 4. Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns. 5. Analyze the results of the overall recruitment marketing ecosystem. 6. Partner with global talent acquisition team on digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives. 7. Project manage internal employer engagement and company culture initiatives.
1. Track record of executing end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media, specifically Instagram and TikTok. 2. Must have experience in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging (copywriting of social, blogs, etc.). 3. Should be able to independently build graphics and other adhoc content for social channels, including TikTok. 4. Strong project management experience 5. Experience leveraging diversity and inclusion competencies across work scope. 6. Knowledge of PR preferred, analytic and or graphic design background required. 7. Ability to travel as required. 8. Advanced degree a plus. 9. 5+ years full-time work experience required.
