The Role: Recruiting Coordinator

TubeScience is looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our thriving team in Downtown LA!

Who We Are:

TubeScience produces conversion-optimized videos for many of the internet’s largest performance marketers.

Three factors set us apart:

First: TubeScience places a huge premium on speed and data-driven creative decisions. Our in-house teams will develop a concept in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch multivariate video experiments in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance data. So in the weeks or months it takes a traditional creative agency to produce a single video, TubeScience will be on version 15.

Second: All efforts are focused on scalable—rather than one-off—wins. For many clients TubeScience produces 100+ videos per week to support multi-million dollar monthly budgets.

Finally, we operate on a pure pay-for-performance basis, with zero production fees for video. That allows us to focus 100% of our efforts on providing measurable value to partners.

Who You Are:

You are a highly motivated self-starter, incredibly detailed-oriented, and thoughtful in your approaches. You gain a lot of energy from working closely with people, taking an active interest in our candidates while promoting and exemplifying our core values. You can routinely deliver great results with little supervision, and effectively manage multiple projects and candidates. You can make sense of a lot of information, and help design better ways of working for everyone around you. You’re eager to learn and grow and absorb more responsibility with the company, whether it be in sourcing, recruiting, or talent operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assume total ownership of candidate management and candidate experience at TubeScience.
• Ensure all candidates are moving through the interview process in a timely manner.
• Generate and send advancement/rejection/update emails to keep Candidates informed and engaged. Assist with scheduling interviews, help with candidate tours, and be a brand ambassador for working at TubeScience.
• Post job description on various job board sites.
• Manage, train, and be first point-of-contact for TS employees on all Recruiting systems.
• Assist with working interviews and first day onboarding as needed.
• Help stand up our newly growing Recruiting function, adding value wherever you can. No work is “hands off,” here. We heavily support the growth of the individuals on our team.

Qualifications:

• Required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing and able to work in our office in Downtown LA.
• Great communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Preferred
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in HR/Talent, Recruiting/Selection or related Administrative function.
• Working knowledge of CRMs, ATSs and a variety of sourcing tools.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance especially as it interacts with hiring efforts, including Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, and FLSA.
