Our next Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering a positive experience for all NEXT Trucking candidates and hiring managers. This individual will also own our employee experience by creating a meaningful on-boarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow a career in Talent. Over the next 12-18 months career paths include: lead recruiting coordinator, recruiter, benefits administration, or HR generalist. What You’ll Do During Your First 12-18 Months

• Deliver top notch candidate and hiring manager experiences, this includes;
• Prompt scheduling
• Favorable survey scores
• Hosting candidates onsite
• Arrange travel for candidates
• Develop and manage a top notch employee experience, this includes;
• On-boarding new employees
• Arrange travel for new hires
• Help create and organize company events
• Creating easy to read benefit collateral
• Serve as a ambassador of the People function at NEXT Trucking

What You'll Need to Have

• About 2 years of experience managing a high-volume of scheduling requests which include busy executives
• Tech savvy; comfortable with G-Suite, SaaS application, and ATS
• A high level ambition; and deeply interested in career growth
• A love for people; and a high service orientation
• Impeccable communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• High level of integrity and EQ
