Description
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will help shape the direction of a global HR team by coordinating a diverse range of initiatives designed to ensure effective recruiting, hiring and employee relationship practices. We are looking for a resourceful and self-directed individual who can communicate comfortably and confidently with job candidates, coworkers and executive-level management. Strong growth potential within HR/Recruiting for the candidate who shows initiative, sound judgment and the ability to make things happen.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain job postings on online job boards
- Schedule/coordinate interviews and travel for job candidates
- Schedule/coordinate various college activities/events
- Attend college career fairs across the U.S., as needed
- Source candidates for diverse roles across the organization
- Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug tests
- Coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding
- Create and maintain electronic personnel files
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Provide general HR support, as needed (phones, data entry, filing, project coordination)
What You'll Need:
- High degree of confidentiality required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to be proactive and initiate processes with little or no supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong sense of urgency with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills—knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years’ HR experience preferred
