Who You Are:
Fair is looking for a scrappy Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to support the HQ recruiting team. The ideal RC is never complacent, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to drive an outstanding candidate experience. This is a pivotal role that must maneuver through fast-paced ambiguity to support and scale a seamless recruiting experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion a first-class candidate experience
- High volume scheduling of phone, video, and on-site candidate interviews
- Act as the candidate main point of contact throughout the interview process
- Host candidates in office, prepping hiring managers for interviews, and ensuring interview schedules are maintained
- Own job postings and job boards maintenance across various recruiting channels
- Identify and advocate constant recruitment process improvement and efficiency
- Provide coordination support for all recruitment related events (MeetUps, job fairs, conferences, etc.)
- Assist with sourcing or any ad hoc projects as needed
- Coordinating candidate travel (flight, Uber) and lodging
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a recruiting coordinator or a relevant administrative support position - preferably in a fast-growing tech environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Strong competency with building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to handle data with confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to pivot and manage conflicting priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or databases; Greenhouse a plus
- Experience with both Outlook and Google Suite a plus
