Who You Are:

Fair is looking for a scrappy Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to support the HQ recruiting team. The ideal RC is never complacent, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to drive an outstanding candidate experience. This is a pivotal role that must maneuver through fast-paced ambiguity to support and scale a seamless recruiting experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion a first-class candidate experience
  • High volume scheduling of phone, video, and on-site candidate interviews
  • Act as the candidate main point of contact throughout the interview process
  • Host candidates in office, prepping hiring managers for interviews, and ensuring interview schedules are maintained
  • Own job postings and job boards maintenance across various recruiting channels
  • Identify and advocate constant recruitment process improvement and efficiency
  • Provide coordination support for all recruitment related events (MeetUps, job fairs, conferences, etc.)
  • Assist with sourcing or any ad hoc projects as needed 
  • Coordinating candidate travel (flight, Uber) and lodging

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a recruiting coordinator or a relevant administrative support position - preferably in a fast-growing tech environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter with impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Strong competency with building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to handle data with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to pivot and manage conflicting priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or databases; Greenhouse a plus
  • Experience with both Outlook and Google Suite a plus
