Recruiting Coordinator

3-month contract to hire

Overview:

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for all candidates and interviewers throughout the entire interview process. You will manage the interview scheduling process and be responsible for communicating all logistics to candidates and hiring teams. The Recruiting Coordinator will also collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process based on the candidate feedback gathered through various stages of the interview process. 

You display organizational excellence and work effectively with candidates and hiring teams from various departments. You possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Team by scheduling all interviews for the hiring team after the candidate speaks with a Recruiter, as well as scheduling post final calibrations, subsequent interview meetings, and future Talent events.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate interviews for all Weedmaps candidates in a timely fashion
  • Send interview confirmations, travel itineraries, and preparation for candidates and hiring teams
  • Deliver timely communication to all candidates within no more than 24 hours notice from recruiting team
  • Attend meetings with Senior Recruiters/Managers and hiring teams supported to ensure consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the interviewing process
  • Understand the ins and outs of Weedmaps recruiting processes
  • Collect, analyze, and ultimately deliver any feedback and action items to improve the overall interviewing process at Weedmaps
  • Identifying & implementing opportunities for improving candidate scheduling efficiency
  • Manage ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicated the appropriate information for each step
  • Maintain interviewer training and tracking documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments
  • Take on other coordinator responsibilities as assigned

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 1-3 years of interview and/or executive scheduling experience
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and reprioritize competing tasks
  • Take ownership of your daily organization and task list
  • Enjoys being part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Displays a team-player attitude and willingness to help where needed
