We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who can quickly assess our staffing needs. You enjoy speaking to people and helping them reach their full potential. You have a strong ability to read a candidate’s personality and assess their skillset. You are persuasive, organized, and have the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to managing the offer process
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers so you are an adviser as they strategize on how best to build their teams
• Conduct needs analysis with hiring managers and develop job post descriptions to reach the right talent
• Qualify resumes and screen qualified candidates
• Source, attract, and recruit passive candidates
• Manage the interview process and conduct structured interviews to determine fit
• Negotiate compensation and terms of hire
• Develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of active hands on recruiting experience
• Experience with corporate recruiting; finance recruiting experience preferred
• Experience managing a structured interview process
• Experience with ATS and inbound/outbound sourcing tools; experience with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
• Organized with strong attention to detail, while being flexible as the needs of the business evolve
• Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-changing, dynamic environment with ambitious schedules and plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic with a positive personality
• Bachelor's degree required
