We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who can quickly assess our staffing needs. You enjoy speaking to people and helping them reach their full potential. You have a strong ability to read a candidate’s personality and assess their skillset. You are persuasive, organized, and have the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to managing the offer process
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers so you are an adviser as they strategize on how best to build their teams
- Conduct needs analysis with hiring managers and develop job post descriptions to reach the right talent
- Qualify resumes and screen qualified candidates
- Source, attract, and recruit passive candidates
- Manage the interview process and conduct structured interviews to determine fit
- Negotiate compensation and terms of hire
- Develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of active hands on recruiting experience
- Experience with corporate recruiting; finance recruiting experience preferred
- Experience managing a structured interview process
- Experience with ATS and inbound/outbound sourcing tools; experience with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
- Organized with strong attention to detail, while being flexible as the needs of the business evolve
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-changing, dynamic environment with ambitious schedules and plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic with a positive personality
- Bachelor's degree required
