TeleSign is looking for a passionate Recruiter to identify and engage top talent for the company. As a Recruiter you will take on the initial contact and pipelining of talent and manage candidates through to the interview process across all lines of business.
The Recruiter provides support for the Company’s global Recruitment and People Operations team. The Recruiter will be adept in identifying and responding to the company’s changing needs through combining his or her outstanding relational and relationship skills, as well analytical abilities. He or she will rely on core skills in full-cycle recruitment & field recruiting events and activities, in conjunction with partnerships with department leaders and developing recruiting programs to address staffing goals.
We seek an individual with high energy and a verve for fast-paced and changing environments coupled with the ability to work at the granular, tactical, to big-picture levels.
Essential Functions
- Manage full-life cycle recruitment using creative and multi-prong approach in targeting specific tech, mobile, and security audiences and potential recruits.
- Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
- Generate qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and/or email.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s candidate database.
- Interview and screen candidates including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and onsite.
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range and relocation needs, etc.
- Organize and attend recruiting events both on and off site.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring requirements, job descriptions and effective hiring strategies.
- Manage integrity of data and KPI’s in key reports used by People Operations and Talent Acquisitions team.
- Handle miscellaneous and special projects, as assigned.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience sourcing within tech or start-up environment required.
- Jobvite experience.
- A college degree from a credited college.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
- Experience with onboarding.
- Preference for a combination of agency and in-house experience.
