We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for staff-level hires within a rapidly-growing, dynamic startup environment.
The ideal candidate has recruiting experience within a fast-paced agency environment and is looking to transition in-house. You must be hungry, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering results in an ambiguous environment. As our first full time internal recruiter, you will work independently to solve problems, but you should not be afraid to ask for help if you get stuck. This role will be ever changing and will require the candidate to be flexible and open-minded, while being detail oriented and capable of helping create processes for a fast growing company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand position requirements and maintain a high bar for talent
- Write and post job descriptions
- Source passive candidates
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Schedule interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Manage offer and negotiation process
- Maintain candidate profiles are up to date in ATS to ensure accurate reporting and dashboards
- Attend job fairs and careers events as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, sourcer, and/or recruiting coordinator
- Experience recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, and sales preferred
- A highly personable relationship-builder with exceptional communication skills
- Superbly well organized and results-driven
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Confident, articulate and professional demeanor
- Must be passionate about process and believe that winning is in the details
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse.io or Lever.co) a plus
- Start-up experience a BIG plus
