What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our People team who will help build out our next phase of growth by finding outstanding top tier talent. This role requires a leader who will engage Hiring Managers and develop team members at all levels of experience, utilizing their unique skills and diverse interests. They will guide recruitment strategy development, prioritize requisitions, track metrics, and manage resources to guide our team to the next level. They will work closely with executives, develop relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a great hiring experience for all candidates. This position will report directly to the Head of People & Talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize. Provide full life cycle recruiting for Earny, Inc. by designing, implementing and maintaining scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems. Partner with stakeholders to determine recruiting priorities and develop best recruiting strategy to engage, interview and hire top talent.
  • Automate. Optimize recruiting tools and practices, to ensure compliance, consistency, and integrity. Apply best practices for sourcing and engaging top tier talent. Track recruitment activity status in a weekly report.
  • Represent. Represent our company culture with passion and integrity. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes so you can match and refer the best candidate for the position.
  • Communicate. Arrange, confirm and send interview details to candidates and other interview attendees. Manage administrative components of the interview process such as writing job requisitions, composing offer letters, setting up interviews, references and background checks, etc. Compose, add and track job postings on various websites.
  • Innovate. Ensure outstanding candidate experience and help the People team to provide the best onboarding experience for any new hire. Hold necessary trainings for current team to improve interviewing quality and provide the best candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience and the proven ability to source, identify, engage, evaluate, and close top candidates
  • Knowledge of engineering skill sets (coding languages, tech stacks)
  • Passion for building high performance teams and experience networking and relationship building
  • Experience planning, organizing and establishing priorities to meet business/recruiting goals and achieve results
  • Proven experience recruiting in the LA Tech market
  • Experience in high growth and/or startup environment
  • Experience working cross functionally and holding people accountable for deliverables
  • Familiarity with industry standard tools, protocols, and practices
  • Know what it means to build a great company
