We are looking for an accomplished physician recruiter with a passion for improving care for families. Heal Physician's focus on improving outcomes and deliver high quality care in the home setting.

Job Summary

Will source and screen candidates and provide high quality candidates for Heal's physician staff. The medical recruiter will encompass high level of respect, credibility, and integrity.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No less than 4 years of experience in dedicated recruiting, with two years of direct physician recruiting (MD/DO) 
  • Must possess a track record of filling searches and/or closing deals with doctors, and building a viable pipeline of candidates 
  • Must demonstrate ability to foster physician relationships
  • Display a high level of being detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with inter departments and healthcare executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

III. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Must be able to source and qualify physician candidates through a variety of channels including cold calling, website postings, trade shows, probing for referrals, etc.*
  • Must show skill in engaging physician candidates over the phone to discuss Heal's mission and vision* *
  • Must be able to thoroughly screen candidates for fit with Heal core competency of values* *
  • Must be able to speak with references to ensure culture fit* *
  • Ability to coordinate all specifics related to an on-site interview including itinerary preparation and travel* *
  • Must be able to effectively close candidates by addressing specifics in contract negotiations* *
  • Must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of physician relations* *
  • Must be able to build relationships and interface effectively with the leadership team through regular status updates* *
  • Must be able to build robust pipeline of qualified candidates* *
  • Must generate on demand reports related to recruitment activity* *
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and strategize accordingly* *
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal* *
  • Requires the ability to handle a heavy workload* *
  • Must possess ability to independently understand, follow and implement complex instructions* *
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast paced environment* *
  • High level of detail and accuracy is required* *
  • Projects will be assigned that require proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and database management* *
  • Ability to travel (30%)*
