Who You Are:
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager who loves people and wants to help build Fair and its great culture by providing an amazing employee experience for all Fair employees. As a member of the People Team, you will be key to ensuring the continuous growth and success of Fair’s organization and culture by co-managing responsibilities such as new hire onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits administration, and HR policy & compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Co-manage employee onboarding and offboarding including document management, work space prep, day one experience, etc.
- Maintain complete and current employee profiles and documentation, in compliance with legal requirements
- Support benefits administration and management including health, retirement, company perks, wellness initiatives, etc.
- Process and ensure accuracy of HR data input within an HRIS.
- Process verification of employment, and other related inquiries.
- Research and resolve time entry issues.
- Support payroll process with documentation of pay changes.
- Create and process reports as needed for various managers and departments
- Perform other duties as needed
What You Need:
- At least 3 years’ experience in human resources in an office environment
- Demonstrated positive contribution to a company’s employee experience and culture
- Previous experience with an HRIS such as Namely, Bamboo, or Zenefits
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Capability to maintain confidentiality with tasks and information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
