Who You Are:

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager who loves people and wants to help build Fair and its great culture by providing an amazing employee experience for all Fair employees. As a member of the People Team, you will be key to ensuring the continuous growth and success of Fair’s organization and culture by handling responsibilities such as new hire onboarding, employee benefits administration, and HR policy & compliance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Co-manage the onboarding process to ensure a great new hire experience
  • Process and audit HR data input within an HRIS
  • Perform benefits administration and management including health, retirement, company perks, etc.
  • Process and administer leaves of absence, unemployment and workers’ compensation claims, and ADA accommodations
  • Manage the company’s compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook to stay current with new employment laws and address any new company policies
  • Manage the company’s compliance with ACA, EEOC and other federal reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with outside counsel to administer visa and immigration cases for employees and candidates
  • Work closely with the Finance team to communicate pay/tax changes and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Create and process reports as needed for various managers and departments
  • Perform other duties as needed

What You Need:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in human resources in an office environment
  • Demonstrated positive contribution to a company’s employee experience and culture
  • Previous experience with an HRIS such as Namely, Bamboo, or Zenefits
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality with tasks and information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
