Who You Are:
The People Operations Coordinator is directly responsible for supporting the People department with an emphasis on human resources and benefits support.
What You’ll Do:
- Support all tasks related to employee onboarding and exiting including document management, work space prep, day one experience, etc.
- Maintain complete and current employee profiles and documentation, in compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate with finance, legal and compliance departments regarding dept. expenses and shared documentation
- Support team in managing employees benefits + perks programs
- Coordinate the implementation of the company’s national roll-out
- Maintain library of current, legally-compliant job descriptions
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with candidate travel and expenses
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
What You Need:
- At least 1 year experience in human resources in an office environment
- Some knowledge of labor law, SOX compliance and payroll required
- CHRM certification preferred, but not required
- Experience in a medium-to-large public company preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in casual start-up environment
- Ability to handle confidential tasks with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
