 What You’ll Do:

  • Provide consistent and positive employee experience
  • Co-manage the on-boarding process for new employees
  • Process HR transactions associated with new hire onboarding, rehires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Process I-9 and e-Verify documentation, and ensure other new hire paperwork is completed as necessary
  • Updates HRIS system with front-end Payroll earnings/deductions entries
  • Assists in auditing timecards each pay period
  • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, security and timely maintenance of HR data
  • Maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams as necessary, including Finance & Accounting, Legal, and IT
  • Support special projects, from tactical to strategic, as needed
  • Performs related duties as required

What You'll Bring:

  • Customer Service focused
  • You'll have 1-2 years of focused HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • HRIS, Payroll and ATS experience required
  • Quick and accurate - able to follow directions, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, ability to work independently and within a team
  • Self-motivated and clearly focused on tasks
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google G-Suite necessary or willingness to learn such skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive situations and records
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, on phone, and in writing)
