Who You Are:

The People Operations Coordinator is directly responsible for supporting the People department with an emphasis on human resources and benefits support. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support all tasks related to employee onboarding and exiting including document management, work space prep, day one experience, etc.
  • Maintain complete and current employee profiles and documentation, in compliance with legal requirements
  • Coordinate with finance, legal and compliance departments regarding dept. expenses and shared documentation
  • Support team in managing employees benefits + perks programs
  • Coordinate the implementation of the company’s national roll-out
  • Maintain library of current, legally-compliant job descriptions
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with candidate travel and expenses
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned 

What You Need:

  • At least 1 year experience in human resources in an office environment
  • Some knowledge of labor law, SOX compliance and payroll required
  • CHRM certification preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a medium-to-large public company preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in casual start-up environment
  • Ability to handle confidential tasks with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
