People Operations Coordinator/ Associate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-6 years of Coordinator or Generalist experience in a retail, sales or service- oriented environment
- Experience with high turnover and high volume staffing environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter and comfortable working in an unstructured evolving start-up environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Good judgement and ability to handle confidential / sensitive issues
