Payroll and Benefits Delivery Analyst - US
Responsibilities
1. Managing and improving payroll operations and benefits delivery processes in the US. 2. Lead the payroll and benefits related initiatives from an operation perspective, including process design, vendor selection, communications, etc. 3. Effectively manage ADP and benefits vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA. 4. Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to upgrade operation efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 2-year in-house benefits and 3 years payroll (ADP) operation/tax experience. 3. Strong vendor management and project management skills. 4. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
