POSITION SUMMARY

Inspire’s People team is looking for a Talent Operations Manager.  In this role, you will be an integral part of the Talent team by creating structure and strategy to improve operations across the talent team. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of audiences, both internal and external. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, desire to learn and grow in the People function, along with your ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice will be key to success in this role. You will have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships across the business, own our applicant tracking system, administer our annual core people processes, and contribute to acquiring and retaining top talent for our organization.

THE MANAGER, TALENT OPERATIONS HAS SEVEN MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Own recruiting systems and processes to include Greenhouse, reporting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer process, job descriptions etc.
  2. Own the execution of Inspire’s Annual People Processes to include owning the system (15five), annual goal setting, reviews, midyear, development plans, talent review 
  3. Own the talent management responsibilities for an assigned department as a trusted advisor to execute people related strategies that enable accomplishment of the department's business objectives, calibration, preparation, and promotion processes as well as identify and implement efficiencies
  4. Responsible for direct sourcing of high priority roles to assist the Talent Acquisition team
  5. Create communication plans, and slides, to inform and update our employees on various Annual People Processes
  6. Utilize knowledge of various human resource functions to provide tactical support to employees and leaders
  7. Assist with broader People Team projects as needed

SOME YEAR 1 DELIVERABLES

  • Full responsibility over the scheduling and coordinating of all candidate interviews
  • Full ownership of Greenhouse & 15five processes and system maintenance
  • Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting lifecycle and partner with the team to create solutions
  • Assist with HRIS transition to provide support from a Talent Acquisition perspective
  • Full ownership and administration of the Annual Core People Processes

SUCCESS METRICS

  • Successful ownership of 15five setup for Inspire’s Annual Core People Processes 
  • 90% hired within 30 days of the plan
  • 100% new hires meet or exceed expectations at 90-day new hire assessment 
  • Time to fill at average of 90 days
  • Hiring speed average of 30 days

EXPERIENCE

  • Must Have
    • 2 or more years of experience in an HR function in some capacity to include supporting or leading a major HR initiative
    • 4-5 years of administrative, HR/Recruiting coordination and/or project management experience to include scheduling, calendar coordination, making travel arrangements, and assisting with oversight of various team projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and/or high volume workload in a fast paced, ever evolving work environment
    • Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS), ideally Greenhouse
    • Intermediate or better Excel and Google Sheets skills to include building formulas, pivot tables and vlookups
    • Highly organized and agile time management skills; attention to details and ability to change course quickly
    • Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization
    • Customer centric mindset with a passion for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience 
    • Team player with a desire to learn and grow with our team
  • Nice to Have
    • 2+ years of agency experience in a sourcing role
    • Experience owning or assisting with administration of an organization's annual review and/or goal setting process
    • Familiarity with G-suite
    • Experience working on or supporting an HR team or function
    • Experience working with performance management and HRIS systems, ie 15five, TriNet
