We’re looking for a rockstar Manager, Talent Management & Learning to help build and deliver a talent culture focused on high-impact learning experiences to support us through these exciting times of growth and change.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Learning, this role will be global in scope and is a core member of Tinder’s People team while having the unique opportunity to partner with all business units and regional HR teams across the Match Group portfolio. As a member of the Talent Development team, you will partner with leaders and teams by supporting the design of tools, processes, and development methods that support and ensure effective attraction, development, and retention of the organization’s talent and leadership capability.

Match Group Wide Responsibilities

  • Develops collaborative relationships with People teams and business leaders across all brands in the Match Group portfolio on talent management activities
  • Project manage end-to-end design and integration of various talent programs (i.e., performance reviews, talent calibrations, succession planning, and leadership development programs)
  • Apply change management frameworks to assess readiness for change, create change champions and increase adoption of new programs and processes
  • Support the global L&D strategy by identifying key learning priorities shared across brands and build and facilitate programs to deliver against needs (i.e., leadership development, manager effectiveness, soft skills training)
  • Conduct needs assessment to determine the evolution of leadership and high potential programs across all Match Group brands and deliver programs to target needs
  • Use appropriate data-gathering methodologies, such as focus groups, interviews, survey design, and analysis and 360-degree feedback to design OD interventions or initiatives
  • Supports efforts to define systems requirements and implementation of a global learning management system
  • Partner with Global Diversity & Inclusion team to integrate inclusion strategies into talent development activities
  • Apply a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of programs and continuously iterate to improve results
  • Partner with and manage vendor relationships
  • Market internal offerings and establish a regular communication cadence to help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Tinder Responsibilities

  • Develops collaborative working relationships with Tinder’s HRBP team and business leaders to implement talent programs, support change, and process improvements, and help drive business goals forward
  • Support and design employee onboarding programs across all global Tinder offices and continuously iterate to enhance and improve
  • Assess team dynamics and develop team-building interventions, workshops, and/or leadership offsites
  • Project manage the engagement survey process, including analysis of insights, communicating results, and action planning
  • Market internal offerings and establish a regular communication cadence to help employees make the most of our learning opportunities
  • Lead ad-hoc projects as they relate to talent management, learning, and employee experience, as needed 

We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, OD or related field
  • Experience in leading and designing leadership development programs is a must
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills
  • Strong instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and influence skills
  • Experience with effectiveness and development tools such as DiSC, Hogan, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in OD, HR or other related discipline
  • Workday HRIS experience, particularly with talent modules
  • Experience building learning programs in the tech industry
  • Experience with change management approaches and methodologies
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems
