Reporting to the the VP, HR this will be a highly impactful role responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the business to drive and execute on our talent acquisition strategies and recruiting needs. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong leader that has a consultative approach with exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. You will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify talent needs, establish priorities and manage headcount forecasts based on changing business needs
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and manage goals, development, performance and outcomes
  • Assess and recommend tools, programs and processes to scale our recruiting efforts and remove roadblocks to success
  • Develop, track and analyze recruiting performance metrics. Track trends and gather insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage recruiting reports and dashboards to track and share metrics with the business
  • Lead employer branding strategy and efforts to bring Tinder’s employer value proposition to life through every touchpoint
  • Plan and attend recruiting and networking events, as well as company specific hiring events
  • Analyze the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and implement improvements to drive continued excellence
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult roles
  • Partner with and manage external vendors providers including job boards, agencies and other organizations
  • Optimize ATS system to facilitate
  • Champion and embody the mission and values of Tinder’s culture in all people programs and decisions

We're looking for:

  • 6+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with at least 3+ years leading a team
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new processes and ideas
  • Experience leading and driving a team to achieve business outcomes
  • Experience developing and managing employer branding programs
  • Proven experience recruiting for senior engineering talent
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Results orientation with strong track record of success
  • Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with ATS systems

Nice to haves:

  • Masters Degree in OD, HR or other related discipline
  • Experience with Greenhouse
